Ellipsis

These photos represent 6 years of work, taken from 2017-2023. At the time I captured the images, I had no greater theme in mind other than what drew my attention in that moment. By trusting my intuition and curiosity, themes and ideas emerged naturally over time, gently and without force. Photography is a way for me to explore and understand the world rather than to tell or explain.

This collection is what emerged from the creative process of bringing photos together, finishing sentences started years apart. Each pair is a vignette, a short story, a poem, giving meaning to the ellipsis where no words are needed.
